Attached please find the second announcement for the Beacon Satellite
Symposium that will be held at the ICTP in Trieste, Italy on June 27 – July
1, 2016.  The abstract deadline is February 15th. Note that all of the
information on the symposium including instructions for the abstract
submittal is on the web site: http://t-ict4d.ictp.it/beacon2016
