Hello,
I have, I think, successfully compiled and executed the CAM 2.0.1 model
on a new system. I have also run one of the standard sample problems.
Now I need to know how to verify that the output I am getting is
correct. I have captured some of the typical data which is echoed to
"standard out". And, I have three files which also were generated by
this execution:
spmrun.cam2.h1.0000-09-01-00000.nc
spmrun.cam2.r.0000-09-02-00000
spmrun.clm2.r.0000-09-02-00000
I think that I probably need to examine the *.nc file, which I think is
a netCDF file. So, what software do I use to do that, or do I simply
crack open the netCDF file and look at the answers, or do I plot the
contents of one or more of these files with some software that I also
need to install?
Any guidance will be appreciated.
