[ncl-talk] positioning labebar below x axis title

hello:
I'm trying to position the x axis title above the colorbar.
But "res at pmLabelBarOrthogonalPosF"doesn't  work, the x axis title moves as
the colorbar moves,the colorbar is still above the x axis title "x (km)" .
Is there any way to solve this?
