[ncl-talk] Trouble plotting WRF domain with plotgrids.ncl

Alexander:

I am not sure why it doesn't work, but there is a conceptual problem in
your set up (and this may be why).

You should place the inner domain about 1/4 of the way across inward from
your outer domain.

To place the inner domain 8 elements in means that you basically have no
grid area for the circulation to develop on the outer grid, and you might
as well use one grid.  So, your outer grid probably needs to be quite a bit
larger (or the other smaller).
