[ncl-talk] Installation issue

Hi there,


I try to install ncl 6.4 version, and got this error message:


gcc -ansi -fPIC -fopenmp -std=c99  -O  -I../../../.././include -I/usr/include/X11  -DLinux   -DSYSV -D_POSIX_SOURCE -D_XOPEN_SOURCE -DByteSwapped -DNeedFuncProto    -c -o c_ezsrfc.o c_ezsrfc.c
c_ezsrfc.c:14:26: fatal error: ncarg/ncargC.h: No such file or directory


not quite sure what's the problem can someone help me?


I try to install on Linux Mint 18.1, the reason to install 6.4 is to use the new function, eemd.
