[ncl-talk] Can't turn off the H/L's, numbers

Hi:

I've been trying to turn off the numbers, H, and L's on my maps -- to no
avail.

These "should" work, but they don't.  Thank you.

      opts at cnInfoLabelOn = False
      opts at cnLineLabelPerimOn = False
      opts at cnHighLowLabelOverlapMode = "OmitOverHL"
