[ncl-talk] wind vector on a satellite trajectory

Hi,

Could you tell me if NCL can produce this type of polar plots (see below),
where we have a vector resulting from two wind components (northward and
eastward) along the satellite orbit? If yes, could you provide some
tips/info on which functions to use and if there is any example to follow?
