[ncl-talk] Map boundaries

Hello:

I created some map boundaries using the high resolution data set.

    pltres            = True   ; Set plot options
    pltres at PanelPlot  = True
    mpres             = True
    mpres at mpDataBaseVersion = "HighRes"
    mpres at mpGridAndLimbOn = False

Right now, my high resolution borders have a grey color. I would like to
change them to black.

However, using this command does not make any change in the boundary.

    mpres at tmBorderLineColor       = "Black"
