[ncl-talk] Modifying Correlation Axis in Taylor_Diagram_Cam

NCL's taylor diagram code is not very friendly for users to modify. As you
can see the code has many features fro drawing assorted lines. Also, the
function has many hard-wired numbers.

The only suggestion I have is to start playing with the code.

Perhaps other ncl-talk people can help.
