[ncl-talk] Can NCl do 3D animation?

Hi,

In general, NCL does not do 3D plots, and does not do animations of any
sort directly. People have had some good results using NCL to generate the
individual frames for an animation and then using external tools (e.g.,
ffmpeg, QuickTime Pro, etc) to stitch those together to make the movie.
