[ncl-talk] problems when generating plot

Cheung,

I was wrong about not being able to run the original version of your script.

I tried it again this morning, and was able to run your script with NCL
versions 6.2.1, 6.3.0, and 6.4.0 (test).  It takes a bit longer than the
raster fill version that I included last night, but it still works.
