[ncl-talk] Netcdf4 issue

P.S.  I recommend one of the NCL precompiled binary distributions, if there
is one available for your system.  I think the binary distributions include
a bundled copy of a recent Netcdf-4 library, so you will not need to update
your independent netcdf library.
