[ncl-talk] Question about adding location dots

Sorry about the confusion, and I appreciate your asking. It worked just
fine.

It should have gone only to ncl-talk.  I am uploading it as a reference for
others.

In fact, I will shortly fix the reading of the times, so that it is more
straightforward to read in time increments.
