[ncl-talk] how to draw uneven distrubted station wind vector plot

Hi all，
   I am trying to draw a station wind vector plot. However, the stations are irregular distributed. The data include u-wind, v-wind, latitude and longitude. The four variables are one dimensional  and have  same dimension.  I have not found the example on the official website to draw this kind of plot. Do anyone know how to draw the plot I wanted? I hope you can help. Thank you!
