[ncl-talk] absolute vorticity (avo) stencil

Hi Dave,

Thanks for providing this.  I will send it to the WRF folks to see if they
might be able to create a Fortran version from it. We could then build it
into NCL directly so it could be made available via wrf_user_getvar.
