[ncl-talk] [wmbarb] transformation correct using png but incorrect using pdf

Hi,

I'm using NCL 6.1.2 and I come into problem with procedure wmbarb.  The
wind barb is not in the correct position using PDF as workstation, but
correct using PNG.  Please see the attached NCL script, the input data, the
PDF file and the PNG file drawn.

Hope someone will look into the problem.
