[ncl-talk] how to only plot low-level of skew-t figure ?

hi NCL users
   I use to skew-T sample script (skewt_3.ncl) to get skew-t figure .
 But the vertical axis of this figure is always from 1000 to 100hPa.
 how to only plot a lower level (e.g. 1000hPa to 700hPa) ?I can not
 find the parameter .

 Another question is that how to change the x-axis from  default fahrenheit
  degree to Celsius degree ? Is there any parameter ?
