[ncl-talk] change the grid resolution

Dear NCL users

I have two data files which have resolution CO2 (2 degree x 2 degree) and
CO(1 degree x 1 degree).

Now i want to convert 2 degree grid resolution to 1 degree resolution. So
that I can get the files of same resolutions. I want to convert 2 degree
grid resolution to 1 degree x 1 degree

One file is like
-89.000     -178.750    -9.99900e+03
-89.000     -176.250    -9.99900e+03
-89.000     -173.750    -9.99900e+03
-89.000     -171.250    -9.99900e+03
-89.000     -168.750    -9.99900e+03
-87.000     -178.750    -9.99900e+03
-87.000     -176.250    -9.99900e+03
-87.000     -173.750    -9.99900e+03
-87.000     -171.250    -9.99900e+03
-87.000     -168.750    -9.99900e+03

2ND file is like
89.5    -179.5    3.8681417E19
89.5    -178.5    3.864989E19
89.5    -177.5    3.813648E19
89.5    -176.5    3.835716E19
89.5    -175.5    3.808694E19
88.5    -179.5    3.8681417E19
88.5    -178.5    3.864989E19
