[ncl-talk] Non-default PNG sizes and maximize_output

Hi Walter,

I took a quick peek at the underlying code, and indeed, maximize_output is
PS/PDF specific.  I don't know why, and its possible it is for historical
reasons that no longer apply (?)  I will file a ticket to investigate
whether other workstation types can/should be supported as well.
