[ncl-talk] PyNGL and NCL 6.2.1 Compatibility

Hey Dave,

I would like to use PyNGL to produce plots over the next few days for
AGU, so an early version would be great if that is possible. I did
send this message to the pyngl-talk list, but didn't receive a reply.
