[ncl-talk] PyNGL and NCL 6.2.1 Compatibility

Hi Chris,
We are very close to releasing new versions of PyNIO and PyNGL. If you
can't wait then perhaps we can get you an early version.
I should note that this thread really belongs on the pyngl-talk list.
