[ncl-talk] Display not fully functional with NCL 6.2 and Ubuntu 14.04

Ashwin,

I can provide you with a test version of NCL pretty quickly.  We are
planning a release by Tuesday, but I can give you something now.

Let me know what the following reports:

uname -a
gcc --version
