[ncl-install] Unable to use conda and need to download NCL

Hello,


I am looking to download the NCAR Command Language and the website says that I could email this address while the ESG website is down.


If it's possible, I would like to be able to use NCL version 6.3.0 with precompiled OPeNDAP-enabled binaries (the Debian7.8_x86_64_gcc472 one).


Would you be able to help me with this?
