[ncl-install] Issues regarding plotting the Hovmoller diagram.

Could you please help me in plotting the Hovmoller diagram of strength of
Hadley Cell?
And, could you please provide the script of how to plot the Hovmoller
diagram of 60-100 latitude and -60 to +60 longitude for 15 pressure levels?
