Hi Doug,

Thanks!  That was very helpful.  I made a Linux gfortran build and a PGI 
build on conejo.  There were like three very small hiccups.  We probably 
don't want to document a lot of exceptions in this document, but just to 
have them on record, I inserted them in the file and attach to this email.
