Hi Chris,

Please see below link to a workshop for potential future faculty. This 
sounds  a lot like a workshop I did as  a postdoc with Christiane J. One 
of the women from ESWN recommended it - I thought some of the ASP 
postdoc might want to apply.

The Building Future Faculty program at NC State is currently accepting 
applications for their spring workshop:

The target audience is graduate students or postdocs within 1-2 years of 
searching for an academic position.

I was fortunately accepted for the 2014 workshop and it is a very well 
run program that helps with skills not only for an academic job search, 
but also for the first few years on the tenure track. It is also 
provides opportunities to network with faculty in your field.
