[Grad-postdoc-assn] FWD: invitation to April postdoc meeting

Dear postdocs,

On April 22-23, NCAR will be hosting a meeting of postdoctoral 
fellowship recipients from the Atmospheric and Geospace Sciences 
Directorate of NSF.  This event is a great chance to meet other 
postdocs, participate in numerous career-related activities and exchange 
ideas about research.  There will be 16 AGS postdocs attending, visiting 
from diverse locations. The theme of the event is interdisciplinary 
research.  A preliminary agenda is attached.

For ASP postdocs, attendance on Monday and the first session Tuesday 
(8:30-9:45) is expected unless you have a prior commitment.

Also note that there are some optional sessions Tuesday morning that are 
open to any of you who might be interested.

We'll need a head count for food on Monday, so please respond to Paula 
Fisher by *Friday, February 22nd* if you will be attending and note 
especially if you can stay for dinner Monday (dinner is optional but its 
free and a great chance to socialize!).
