[Go-essp-tech] Metadata status table format modified

Hi Everyone,

I have been adjusting the format of the the metadata status table on the ESGF wiki: http://esgf.org/wiki/Cmip5Status.   To see this table, click on "Known Bugs by Gateway" under "Model Metadata" in the Table of Contents at the top of the page.  

The table now includes:
* the gateway version by center
* the date I last tested the center
* the number of metadata records retrieved by center (on the date tested) 
* known bugs for the version of the gateway installed   

These changes should give system administrators an idea of what is going on at their center without having to refer to the known bugs by release.  (How to let users know about problems will be the subject of another mail.)

Please let me know if this format is useful to you or if you would like to see changes. 

Status Across the Federation:

* Currently all centers have upgraded to 1.3.4 except PCMDI, which needs to upgrade it postgres version first.
* All centers except PCMDI (see above issue) and NCI (currently troubleshooting) are showing metadata.  
* There are 3 known bugs effecting users of the federation:
   ** Documents with % signs in the text are not displaying.  Metafor has removed the % signs from the documents but we are still having issues with other special characters.  Troubleshooting is ongoing.
   ** Attributes that contain special characters such as umlauts are being skipped.  This enables the rest of the information to be displayed.   Fixing this will require changes to how URLs are encoded in the triple store.
   ** There is explanatory text on the simulation search page indicating that much of the CMIP5 model metadata is unavailable.  This then points users to a sample document from GFDL.  This text needs to be updated to be more generic help and the GFDL document should be removed.
