[Go-essp-tech] User feedback on GW 1.3.x registration interface

Hi All,

Is the issue when users go to a new gateway using only CEDA OpenIds, or
is the problem being seen with other providers as well?

At some point I believe the attribute format changed with the CEDA
provider and the gateway can't query the attributes. Thus the user is
presented with a screen to gather them since they didn't get passed in
the exchange.

Thanks!
-Nate
