interested in studying the effects of environmental stressors (including
climate change, invasive species, and habitat alteration).  Specific
projects will include predicting the effects of climate change on woodland
caribou distributions and examining lake ice conditions across the Northern
Hemisphere for over the past 100+ years.  In addition to developing core
research questions, the candidate will also have the flexibility to develop
his or her own independent research projects and the opportunity to form
