> There is an opening for a post-doctoral researcher in the laboratory of Sapna Sharma in the Department of Biology at York University (<a href="http://www.biol.yorku.ca">www.biol.yorku.ca</a>). I am looking for a post-doctoral researcher who is interested in studying the effects of environmental stressors (including climate change, invasive species, and habitat alteration). Specific projects will include predicting the effects of climate change on woodland caribou distributions and examining lake ice conditions across the Northern Hemisphere for over the past 100+ years. In addition to developing core research questions, the candidate will also have the flexibility to develop his or her own independent research projects and the opportunity to form national and international collaborations.
