[Cosmic_announce] Updated New Inversion Software BUFR Test Files - Feedback Needed

Hi Doug,

did you coordinate the period of test data with anyone?

Since this period in 2015 differs from the previous test data set,
that implies additional work (at least to me) and also makes it
difficult to compare to the previous set.

Also, is there a description of what to expect from the new test files?
Do they still "feature" the stronger smoothing leading to increased
vertical correlations?
