[Wrf-users] UP_HELI_MAX is only written in the 1st output with nwp_diagnostics = 1

Hello

  I tried to output UP_HELI_MAX etc. diagnostic variables with turning on nwp_diagnostics.
  With "nwp_diagnostics = 1", it indeed wrote UP_HELI_MAX etc. in the first wrfout, but not in the following wrfout.
see:
-rw-r--r-- 1 tg804586 G-801549 8.5G Oct 30 21:01 wrfout_d01_2016-03-13_00:00:00
-rw-r--r-- 1 tg804586 G-801549 8.0G Oct 30 21:11 wrfout_d01_2016-03-13_01:00:00
-rw-r--r-- 1 tg804586 G-801549 8.0G Oct 30 21:20 wrfout_d01_2016-03-13_02:00:00

UP_HELI_MAX is in  wrfout_d01_2016-03-13_00:00:00, but not in wrfout_d01_2016-03-13_01:00:00  and wrfout_d01_2016-03-13_02:00:00
You may notice the file size of wrfout_d01_2016-03-13_01:00:00 is even small than wrfout_d01_2016-03-13_00:00:00

I tried both version 3.9 and 3.9.1.1. Both gave the same results.

Any suggestion?
