Guanhuan, I suppose the error comes from real.exe. 12 levels in the input
data is quite few data. Try it with lagrange_order = 1 in the &domains
section if it' s not set already. Better pressure level data for the input,
for example from GFS with 32 levels could probably help. Also would have a
look on the highest (in altitude) pressure level of your input data and
compare it with ptop (Pa).
