Hello,
I am getting an error
FATAL CALLED FROM FILE: <stdin> LINE: 433
RIBX never exceeds RIC, RIB(i,kte) = NaN THETAV(i,1) =
289.0661 MOL= -3.578580 TCONV = NaN WST = -0.2473761

when using wrf 3.7 using the ACM2 PBL parametrization. I could only find a
brief
discussion of this problem in the wrf user forums:
http://forum.wrfforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5894
where it is suggested that something wrong with the domain configuration
might be the cause. I have two domains, one with 9 km over Europe
and one with 3 km covering Germany. The simulation works
fine if I use only the outer domain.
I also tried with a smaller time step (as well as the adaptive time step),
and I changed the inner domain extension, but the problem persists. I also
tried changing the vertical resolution, but the simulation still crashes
after 6-7 hours of simulation time.
I would appreciate any help on this issue.
Best wishes
Carlos
