[Wrf-users] Help me understand where Error comes from for Spectral nudging

Hi  I am sorry have been a sending errors quite often. Sorry for all!

could some one help me understand where error is coming from here am doing
spectral nudging. The data is from ERA -interim. I had tried 1997 its Ok.
The time set in namelist.input is both covered in boundary files and
met_em* files.

I hadly cant run wrf.exe due to this error. I have attached namelist.input
and rsl.error.0000
