I have changed s spec_bdy_width = 5. When I do
ncdump -h wrfinput_d01
the first info on file is
Time = UNLIMITED ; // (1 currently)
DateStrLen = 19 ;
west_east = 249 ;
south_north = 149 ;
bottom_top = 50 ;
bottom_top_stag = 51 ;
soil_layers_stag = 4 ;
west_east_stag = 250 ;
south_north_stag = 150 ;
DIM0009 = 10 ;
land_cat_stag = 24 ;
soil_cat_stag = 16 ;
num_ext_model_couple_dom_stag = 1 ;
and last info is
:MMINLU = "USGS" ;
:NUM_LAND_CAT = 24 ;
:ISWATER = 16 ;
:ISLAKE = -1 ;
:ISICE = 24 ;
:ISURBAN = 1 ;
:ISOILWATER = 14 ;
Checked and confirmed that MMINLU is from USGS and land use category is
but still I get this Time on domain: 2000-02-06_00:00:00
**WARNING** Time in input file not equal to time on domain **WARNING**
**WARNING** Trying next time in file wrfinput_d01 ...

I cant really understand why?
