Please take a look at your wrfinput file, and find what 'MMINLU' is.

I don't why this error is appearing. In one case running
wrf.exe for 1997 the model works but for 2000, wrf.exe
complains.</p>
<p>I attach namelist.input1 which works for 1997 onwards
and namelist.input2 breaks with the above error from the
2000. I have checked the </p>
<p>wrfbdy_d01, wrflowinp_d01, wrfinput_d01 were created
with time beginning from 2000.01.01.00</p>
