[Wrf-users] Running WRFDA tools package for verification

Yes of course. I need help regarding WRFDA tools for verification.I want to run plot_gts_omb_oma.ncl, but i am  having:
fatal:NetCDF: Unknown file format
fatal:Could not open (/home/igri/WORK_DIR/gts_omb_oma_01)
(0)    Can not find the file /home/igri/WORK_DIR/gts_omb_oma_01  Will skip it
Could you please give me a workaround about it.Find attache reagarding files
