[Wrf-users] WRFDA problem running testcase

Hi!

I am following the users' guide at
http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/wrfda/Docs/user_guide_V3.6/WRFDA_Users_Guide.pdf
and try to run the 3D-var test case for the WRFDA without success.

I have noticed that If I use the default data that are provided for the
example the namelist.input file has a mismatch in comparison with the
input files since the namelist hypsometric_opt value is 1 while fom the
input files the value is 2. Therefore the run fails to complete.

I have corrected it and tried again but now I am facing the following
problem:
