[Wrf-users] WPSv3.5 and NetCDF4

Dear all!

I have successfully compiled WRFv3.5 with NetCDF4 capabilities, but when I
try to compile WPS within the same netcdf environment, some HDF5 related
errors appear.

Looking at WPS/configure and WPS/configure.wps I've realized that there is
nothing about NETCDF4 capabilities.

I've manually included into configure.wps (in the WRF_LIB variable) the -L
and -l flags corresponding to HDF5 and Zlib (in a similar way that
configure.wrf has successfully done), but the same "undefined reference to
`H5*" errors appear again.

Does anybody had succesfully compiled WPS with NetCDF4?
