I have successfully compiled WRFv3.5 with NetCDF4 capabilities, but when
I try to compile WPS within the same netcdf environment, some HDF5
related errors appear.<br>

Looking at WPS/configure and WPS/configure.wps I've realized that there is nothing about NETCDF4 capabilities.<br>

</div>I've manually included into configure.wps (in the WRF_LIB variable) the -L and -l flags corresponding to HDF5 and Zlib (in a similar way that configure.wrf has successfully done), but the same "<span style="font-family:courier new,monospace">undefined reference to `H5*</span>" errors appear again.<br>
<div><br>Does anybody had succesfully compiled WPS with NetCDF4?<br>
