[Wrf-users] WRFDA Compilation error with GCC 4.6.3 and OpenMPI 1.6.3

I'm trying to compile WRFDA 3.4.1 using the following tools:

   - GCC/GFOTRAN 4.6.1
   - OpenMPI 1.6.3
   - NetCDF 4.2
   - All compiled with the same compiler, and were used in a successful ARW
   compilation.

The steps I followed are:

   - export BUFR=1
   - export NETCDF=/usr
   - export WRFDA_DIR=/opt/WRF/ARW/WRFDA
   - ./configure wrfda (x86_64 Linux, gfortran compiler with gcc   (dmpar))
   - ./compile all_wrfvar >& compile.out &


The process generates only 41 executable, Perform the same steps for a
serial compilation.

I tried adding CRTM and RTTOV, but in this case only generates 39
executables.
