<div>I&#39;m trying to compile WRFDA 3.4.1 using the following tools:</div>
<ul>
<li>GCC/GFOTRAN 4.6.1</li>
<li>OpenMPI 1.6.3</li>
<li>NetCDF 4.2</li>
<li>All compiled with the same compiler, and were used in a successful ARW compilation. </li></ul>
<div>The steps I followed are:</div>
<ul>
<li>export BUFR=1</li>
<li>export NETCDF=/usr</li>
<li>export WRFDA_DIR=/opt/WRF/ARW/WRFDA</li>
<li>./configure wrfda (x86_64 Linux, gfortran compiler with gcc   (dmpar))</li>
<li>./compile all_wrfvar &gt;&amp; compile.out &amp;</li></ul>

<div>The process generates only 41 executable, Perform the same steps for a serial compilation.</div>

<div>I tried adding CRTM and RTTOV, but in this case only generates 39 executables.</div>
