[Wrf-users] how to change FNL grib file

Hi all. I want to change some data in FNL grib file. I found that NCL is not able to write grib file.I didn't found other ways to do that. Do you know how to change FNL grib file or  how to write a grib file in other ways. I hope you can help. Thanks! Best regards!
