Hi
It seems from your log file that there is some problem with your compiler
icc. I have no idea besides this. I would suggest you to check whether your
compilers are in place and you have permissions to use those. Once you are
sure about that and about the linking of mpich with your compilers (if you
are trying to use mpich) then please try the compilation again and if you
encounter any problem, do not hesistate to ask wrfhelp. I think the people
who are expert in using this compiler in particular and hpc related stuffs
would be able to help you better. When you send your log file to wrfhelp you
can cc to me as well. I would try to suggest something if possible in my
part.
