Hi

It seems from your log file that there is some problem with your compiler icc. I have no idea besides this. I would suggest you to check whether your compilers are in place and you have permissions to use those. Once you are sure about that and about the linking of mpich with your compilers (if you are trying to use mpich) then please try the compilation again and if you encounter any problem, do not hesistate to ask wrfhelp. I think the people who are expert in using this compiler in particular and hpc related stuffs would be able to help you better. When you send your log file to wrfhelp you can cc to me as well. I would try to suggest something if possible in my part.
setenv NETCDF /path to

setenv NETCDF_BIN /path to netcdf/bin
setenv NETCDF_INC /path to netcdf/include
setenv WRFIO_NCD_LARGE_FILE_SUPPORT 1 (if using 64 bit)
setenv BUFR 1
setenv WRF_DA_CORE 1
unllimit
-------------------------------------------------------
