[Tgcmgroup] tempest decomm

Tgcmgroup:

Just a reminder that tempest will be decommissioned during the ML
shutdown this Saturday. Make sure you have saved anything you need
from your home and /ptmp directories on tempest. After this machine
is gone, we can use the gale and breeze systems for post-processing
and analysis (see my previous mail to the group about these machines).

BTW, availability of the new IBM machine bluefire has been pushed 
back at least to May.
