[Tgcmgroup] blueice /ptmp disk from tempest

Hi tgcmgroup:

FYI, Tayeb has pointed out that the /ptmp disk on blueice is available
from tempest.  On tempest, cd to /biptmp. This means you can
read files on the blueice /ptmp disk with an IDL session running
on tempest, without copying the files from blueice.
