[Tgcmgroup] HAO GAU Limit

Hi All,
  Let me apologize for the current GAU situation.  I was working on
project with a graduate student and we did several runs in short time
while the usage was low and we underestimated the GAU required.  We've
stopped running and will not be running any more until the usage is
reduced well below the limit.
  Once again my apologies for any inconvenience this maybe causing your
work efforts.
